Submission Guide Lines
The International Journal of Research in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (IJRAIDS) welcomes original, unpublished manuscripts that advance knowledge in AI, machine learning, and data driven analytics. Authors are encouraged to prepare their papers in clear, concise English, following the IJRAIDS manuscript template available on the journal website. A complete submission should include a title page with author details and affiliations, an abstract of 150–250 words with 4–6 keywords, the main text structured into introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion, and a reference list formatted in APA 7th edition style. Figures and tables must be embedded close to their first mention, numbered consecutively, and supplied in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) PNG or JPEG format; ensure all visuals are accompanied by descriptive captions. Equations should be created with MathType or LaTeX, and all symbols defined at first use.
Manuscripts should range between 4,000 and 8,000 words, inclusive of references, and must be submitted as a single Microsoft Word document (.docx). Supplementary files such as data sets, code repositories, or multimedia demonstrations can be uploaded separately and referenced within the text to promote transparency and reproducibility. Authors must include a brief statement on ethical compliance, data availability, and potential conflicts of interest. Research involving human participants, animals, or proprietary data requires documented ethical approval or data use permission.
Submit your manuscript through the IJRAIDS online submission portal by registering as an author and following the step by step prompts. Each submission undergoes an automated plagiarism check before advancing to double blind peer review, where at least two domain experts evaluate originality, methodological rigor, and relevance. The initial review decision—acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection—is typically communicated within six to eight weeks. Revised manuscripts should address every reviewer comment point by point and highlight changes in tracked mode
IJRAIDS operates under a gold open access model. A modest article processing charge (APC) is levied only after the paper is accepted; there are no submission fees. Waivers or discounts are available for researchers from low and middle income countries and for early career scholars upon request. Once accepted, papers are copy edited, typeset, and published online in the upcoming quarterly issue, with DOI assignment and indexing in major scholarly databases.
By submitting to IJRAIDS, authors confirm that their work is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and that all co authors have approved the final version. We encourage interdisciplinary collaborations and look forward to disseminating your cutting edge findings to a global audience committed to responsible AI and data science innovation.
