Publication Ethics

The International Journal of Research in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (IJRAIDS), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. We believe that ethical conduct is the foundation of responsible research and essential to maintaining trust among authors, reviewers, readers, and the broader scientific community.

Our ethical guidelines align with the principles outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and apply to all parties involved in the publication process, including authors, reviewers, editors, and publishers.

Author Responsibilities
  • Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure their work is original and properly cite or quote the work and ideas of others. All submissions are screened for plagiarism using advanced detection tools. Manuscripts with significant overlap will be rejected immediately.
  • Data Accuracy and Reproducibility: Authors must present data accurately and transparently. Any fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of results is strictly prohibited. Datasets and methods should be shared whenever possible to enable reproducibility.
  • Multiple or Concurrent Submission: Manuscripts submitted to IJRAIDS must not be under review elsewhere or published previously. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is considered unethical.
  • Authorship and Acknowledgments: All individuals who made substantial contributions to the research should be listed as co-authors. Others who provided support (technical, editorial, or financial) must be acknowledged appropriately. Consent from all authors must be obtained prior to submission.
  • Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or institutional conflicts that could influence the research or its interpretation.
